As l have said, there aren’t words to express how much my life has improved since l met Mel. I’m not I’m able to go to the ocean, and ride my mobile scooter around the paths next to the water, go to the theatre, go out for lunch, simple things I took for granted before 3 strokes. Hour Care
With the help of Michelle Arnott and Helen Waite they have been wonderful in helping me with home modifications and aids to make my job easier in caring for him. Hydrotherapy has been beneficial as he has limited movement. With the help of Helens aide assistant I am able to take him to the pool for exercises.
Mark was extremely supportive and made setting things up/organising things a smooth and easy process. I feel that Mark went out of his way to assist Dad. The carers delivered a very high standard of care .
It’s difficult having to accept help as your health deteriorates, but carers who are sensitive to your needs make it so much easier, and this is what I have found with all Home Instead staff. Michelle Arnott, my mother’s care manager could not have done more. She is personable and compassionate, and responds immediately to any request. She has the ability to quickly fine-tune the Home Care package to suit a client’s growing needs. All these qualities were also imbued in all of my mother’s carers.
Further, all CAREGivers are given a comprehensive background check and must undergo ongoing services training. Lovely, caring staff who always remain friendly. I was in a extremely dire predicament, Mark went beyond being an employee of the company to a person who cared and moved mountains to help, quite frankly preventing me from serious health problems.
